A practical workshop, taking mergers and acquisitions as a theme for using business English in various frequently encountered situations, including:
Negotiating (e.g. with buyers and sellers, wanting to either sell their business for the best price, or to buy a business for the best price) – to include simulation and role play
Communicating (e.g. with shareholders, communicating the company’s financial performance for the year) – to include practical exercises
Informing (e.g. preparing a report for the Stock Exchange, informing of the details of a takeover offer received) – to include practical exercises
