Lean Six Sigma Best Practices Applied to Manufacturing Operations
Operations make up the majority of costs of any business and it is here that the Lean Six Sigma journey typically begins. Hidden (and not-so-hidden) cost proliferate through operations in the form of scrap, rework, waste, underutilized capacity, purchase of unneeded equipment, warranty returns, inspection & test and delivery performance issues to name a few. The GB+BB Certification Training is a classical course specially developed by SBTI. Green Belts and Black Belts study in a same class room, Green Belts will complete the first and Second week training with obtaining Green Belt Certification, Black Belts will continue study until finish whole 4 weeks training. If Green Belt wants to upgrade to Black Belt, what he needs is to complete the third and fourth week training. For the Green Belt who has already certificated by other Organization, he can also be certificated Black Belt by SBTI if he finish the third and fourth week training of this GB+BB class.
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Training (10 Days)
Six Sigma Green Belt trainees are those who directly assist Black Belt to complete designated improvement projects. Therefore, Green Belt trainees should be capable of utilizing all Six Sigma tools and leading professional project teams independently when necessary. This 10-day basic training courses prepares your employees with an important supporting training which is necessary in the process of cooperating with cross-profession teams, including defining and weighing problems, analyzing the root, implementing improvement measures, carrying out adjusting capability training at a higher level, and help them make preparation for breakthroughs.
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Training (20 Days)
After choosing an appropriate project and a manager in charge, selecting appropriate persons to execute the project is also an important factor leading to success. Six Sigma Black Belt candidates are the backbone of an enterprise. Through four-month training (one week of each month for closed training courses, and the other three weeks for project execution practice), we will train Six Sigma Black Belt experts for enterprises, so that they can consistently complete projects for their companies and make a breakthrough in finance.
