Mr. Stephane BAILLIE-GEE is a senior management consultant of DEMOS Group, professional trainer & consultant for the European Institutions, MBA and Business School trainer, as well as MBTI Certified Trainer. Stephane began his training career in 1999 in Europe. Meantime, he also worked as President of Association “Le Comptoir des Entrepreneurs”, Manager of the European Guide for the Investor for the NASDAQ. Over twelve years, he has worked for many famous institutions such as CHEA, ESG Paris, EDHEC THESEUS Nice, ESA and UNIVERSITY OF NICE. In the spring of 2008, he became a trainer in the European Institutions, Management and Leadership, Team facilitation and management, Team building etc. Stephane can speak fluently English and a little Chinese. French is his native language. He offers his expertise in developing leadership, department management skills, and team building skills. Stephane focuses not only on delivering management knowledge and practical skills through the training, but also on developing team communication attitude and improving cooperation among teams.
