韩老师从业近十年，曾任上市公司培训经理，负责企业大学项目的课程结构设计、课程大纲拟定、课程材料编写、课程创意构想、中英文互动式教程设计以及项目进度管理。项目期间，带领团队开发了35个线上课程，课程内容涵盖财务、市场营销、生产管理学院和企业社会责任；并担任公司内部高级讲师，讲授课程包括：TTT、领导力工作坊、成功人士的七个习惯、明智地制定目标、如何更好地沟通。

Melody Han has nearly 10-year experience in training. When worked as a training manger in a large-scale listed company, she was responsible for the corporate university project and monitoring the whole process included course outline development, course structure design, course material editing and interactive tutorial design in English and Chinese. She has led her team to deliver 35 online courses covering finance, marketing, production management and CSR. She also served as an in-house senior trainer, teaching courses such as TTT, Leadership Workshop, Setting Goals Wisely, and Efficient Communication.
Melody studied simultaneous interpretation in English and Chinese at Shenzhen University and the University of Hawaii. She has provided interpretation services for a number of high-level conferences and negotiations over the past ten years. Her clients includes UNIDO, UNESCO, Consulate General of Canada in Guangzhou, China Printmaking Museum, One Foundation, UK Royal Air Force Red Arrow, Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, Bank of China, HSBC, Ping An Group, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Crystal International Group, Google Playtime, Tencent, ZTE, Volvo, BYD, Kering Group, etc.
