现如今企业之间的竞争就是优秀人才的竞争。而优秀人才在原单位也常常备受“呵护”,并不会主动寻找新的工作机会或主动对外投递简历;而猎头的出现又加大了优秀人才的自身优越感;因此,按照传统的招聘方法在招聘网站上发布职位,坐等人才投递简历已经无法达到招聘要求。

2013年很多企业招聘需求保持不变或增加,但是要求降低或紧缩单个岗位的招聘成本,部分企业甚至建立内部的招聘中心,要求招聘人员也要像猎头一样工作,要学会运用更多的招聘渠道和方法帮助企业吸引人才。

我们将通过一天的时间学习:在预算紧张的情况下,通过优化企业内部的招聘组织完成高级核心人才的招聘。

Background of the course

Currently the key competition among companies is the competition of attracting excellent talents. Employers treat those excellent talents as their most important assets. The excellent candidates will not hunter job actively. Approach by executive search consultants makes them with strong sense of superiority. Company recruitment team cannot fulfill the hiring needs only through job postings on external job board, the most traditional method.

Many companies will have same or increased hiring needs in 2013, with decreased recruitment budget. And many companies establish the recruitment center and require their recruiters to recruit excellent talents through diversify recruitment channels, even working as the internal executive search consultants.

Through 1 day study, we can learn how to fulfill the key positions within budget control through optimize the recruitment organization.
