培训师介绍:

 
Richard started his career as an Associate Lecturer in University and English Training Officer in a power plant managed by a British company. He became a Personnel Manager in 1992 and so started his 10-year human resource management experience. All his HR experience has been associated with manufacturing companies and he has been deeply involved in four different industries including Chemical, Heavy Industry, Automotive and Food & Beverage.
Richard has experienced working under different environments such as local companies, Joint Ventures and Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprises. Having a highly developed sense of humour, Richard can talk and relate to people from a diverse range of backgrounds. Having benefitted from his early experience in the manufacturing field, he is very familiar with production processes. This helps him to deliver tailored courses for employees working in manufacturing companies. His favourite courses include ‘HR Manager’, ‘Training Manager’, ‘Facilitating Skills’ and ‘Coaching’. The participants are mostly HR managers from companies like Bayer, Nestle, Alsthom, Saint Gobain, Siemens, Unilever, BP, IBM, Philips, TUV and General Motors.
