Sean is a Master Black Belt (MBB) Adviser in Six Sigma philosophy and methodology with good background in business management. He is also a coach and trainer of Six Sigma methodology performing MBB Adviser role for the last seven years and has been influencing organisations’ thinking through effective teaching and practicing of Six Sigma. He also has excellent skills in presenting Six Sigma concept in a simple and convincing manner and has worked effectively with managers, engineers, shop-floor people, as well as marketing and sales people in business process improvement and customer focused operations.

His work with 3M Woodlands plant has been widely recognized as the benchmark of 3M Six Sigma implementation. People from world over visit the plant to learn its best practice. His unique interpretation of Six Sigma has made him one of the best Six Sigma instructor. He is a regular speaker and seminar leader in regional Six Sigma Best Practice Conferences organized by IQPC, Marcus Evans. Sean has also been invited to give seminars in NUS, SQI, and various MNCs in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai, etc.
