Dr. Nina Cole is currently the Associate Professor of Ryerson University, in charge of the Undergraduate teaching in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Planning, Leadership, Strategic Management and so on. She worked as the Benefits & Personnel Manager of the Federal Industries Metals Group from 1986 to 1990. Responsible for human resources management issues for 1,800 employees throughout Canada and the U.S. including: pension and benefits; salary administration; executive compensation; pay equity; workers´ compensation; training and development; performance appraisal; payroll; recruiting and selection; employee terminations and so on. And she published many essays and books in human resource area such as “The effects of differences in explanations, employee attributions, type of infraction, and discipline severity on perceived fairness of employee discipline.” Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, (in press) / 《Human Resources Management in Canada》/《Compensation 》/《Organizational Behaviour》,etc.
