Research
Dr. Chan is an expert on business innovation strategies with a customer-centric approach. The purpose of Dr. Chan’s doctoral study is to explore successful strategies that business leaders use to improve business performance with the information acquired from social media. Dr. Chan also is the former senior research assistant at the City University of Hong Kong and the research fellow of the Chinese University of Hong Kong-Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Community College.
Training

As a Lecturer of a special appointed learning center by State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of China, Dr. Chan has provided training for hundreds of senior government officers from various provinces in mainland China. The taught subject including E-government and Could Solutions.
In the past three years, Dr. Chan has managed a training program for the at HSBC global technologies development center. The program had received good comment from the management committees and the participants. The overall satisfaction rate is 98%.
